Weddings are our speciality at The Grand St Leger Hotel; you can be assured of being well looked after, and treated with the individual care and attention to detail that you deserve. The Management and Staff will personally assist you at every stage, until all aspects of your day are arranged; from accommodation to seating plans and menu choice.

Civil Wedding Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships

The Grand St Leger Hotel is an approved venue for civil ceremonies; this enables you to hold the Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and the Reception all under one roof. We are only minutes away from the beautiful Elmfield Park, which offers a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photographs.

A charge of £200.00 is applicable for all Civil Ceromonies held at the Grand St Leger Hotel.

Provisional bookings are held for 14 days but couples are advised to contact the Superintendent Registrar for Doncaster immediately to check availability.

The Wedding Reception

We have a choice of Suites available for your wedding reception.

The beautifully appointed Sellinger Suite has its own private bar and holds up to 65 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 120 guests for the evening reception. If you require something more intimate then the Carringtons Suite is also available and can accommodate up to 35 guests.

Wedding Packages

Drawing from experience we have created four unique packages designed to give you the best possible experience on your day. We appreciate that every wedding is special; our wedding co-ordinator will be delighted to advise you on the options and help you choose.

All inclusive wedding package £2995

• 60 guests during the day
• 80 guests in the evening

Diamond package £50.00 per person

• Choice of Arrival Drink- bucks fizz, red or white wine, pimms or orange juice for you and your guests
• Selection of Canapés on arrival for all your guests
• An experienced member of the conference and Banqueting Management team as your personal Toast Master
• Coloured Napkins and Table cloths
• Cake stand and Knife
• Printed Table plan
• Floral Arrangements to suit your colour scheme and Top Table Display
• Bottled Mineral water on each table
• Disposable Camera on every table
• Four Course Menu with coffee and petit fours
• Two Bottles of Red & White wine on each table
• A Glass of Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial for the toast
• Complimentary bridal suite with a romance package including flowers, chocolates and champagne for bedtime.
• Dinner for 2 on the occasion of your 1st wedding anniversary

Platinum package £38.50 per person

Includes:

• Dedicated wedding co-ordinator who will be with you from the day you book until the big day itself

• Choice of Arrival Drink- bucks fizz, red or white wine, pimms or orange juice for you and your guests
• An experienced member of the conference and Banqueting Management team as your personal Toast Master
• White linen Napkins and Table cloths

• Bottled Mineral water on each table
• Disposable Camera on every table
• Three Course Menu with coffee and mints
• One Glass of red or white wine
• A Glass of Champagne for the toast

Gold package £32.50 per person

The Evening Reception at the Grand St. Leger Hotel

The Evening Reception has established itself as a less expensive yet popular way to invite your additional guests. Please ask to see our choice of evening buffet menus ranging from finger food buffet to a hot and cold buffet, both are popular. Prices range from £7.95 — £10.95 per person.

Our in house disco is available for £150.00.
